A door with 108x96 size (9'0" x 8'0") is a pre-designed standard sized door, which stands for 108 inches wide and 96 inches high for rough opening and the door size is 1/4 or 1/2 smaller than the rough opening, which should be 107.75x95.75 or 107.5x95.5 for the real door slab / frame size.
