Company Information

In order to quick respond to the domestic customers in east of China, Shouchi Aluminum Industry Co.Ltd is set up in 2018 in Nantong City, also as the office to serve foreign customers. The manufacture base in Shandong is still serving the northen customers.

Managing upon ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO18001 Occupational Health and Safety System, ISO10012 Measurement Management System. The qulity adapt to EN14351.

Shouchi have casting workshop equipped 8 casting furnaces and have capability of producing 100,000 tons of aluminum rods per year. The furnaces are feeding molten aluminum instead of aluminum ingot, prevent contaminated and air bubble.

Total 23 extrusion production lines as follows, 3 lines of 600 tonnage extrusion force, 6 lines of 800 tonnage extrusion force, 10 lines of 1000 tonnage extrusion force, 2 lines of 1650 tonnage extrusion force, 1 line of 2600 tonnage extrusion force, 1 line of 4000 tonnage extrusion force.

After aging process, processing with oxidation, electrophoresis, vertical powder coating, wood grain transfer. Output 78,000 tons of various aluminum profiles in 2018.
