A: Our main products: aluminum doors, aluminum windows and sunroom, curtain wall.
Q2: How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price accordingly:
1) Shop drawing /window schedule to show the window dimensions,opening type and quantity.
2) Frame color (If special color, the price will be different.)
3) Glass type and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A: 15-20 working days for the stocked color and stocked system, 25-45 working days for special requirement. The deal time could be confirmed before buyer’s confirmation.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q5: What is your warranty?
A:3-5 yesrs warranty for aluminum Chinese system series
8-10 years warranty for aluminum Germany system series.
Q6: What kind of service will you provide?
A: 1.We can offer detail installation guide(include photos and words) for each project.
2.We can offer CAD technical drawing or 3D draft for each client.
3.We can offer free training(include product knowledge,manufacturing and installation techniques) for each agent.
